Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support PMA 226. The role requires evaluating program objectives, budgets, and schedules, and applying government processes for documentation and change control.

The candidate will liaise with Fleet F-16 adversary squadrons and training sites, tracking status and leading actions on F-16 acquisition and site activation. BA/BS required; Secret clearance; U.S. citizen; 10+ years’ experience in related roles.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in the described function.
• Experience supporting NAVAIR and/or Naval Aviation Enterprise (7+ years).
• Experience with F-16/F-5 aircraft programs and related END-to-end programs.

Description:

NSI requires a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support PMA 226 Program Office. Upon award of contract the candidate will apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Acts as liaison with Fleet F-16 Adversary squadrons and training sites. Monitors and addresses technical issues such as technical evaluation and identification of weapons systems requirements and resources; development of support and maintainability programs or plans; systems acquisition requirements analysis; budgetary or financial analysis and control; life cycle cost analysis and control; weapons systems hardware and software standardization and compatibility; program test and evaluation planning and execution; program management analysis. Coordinates and interfaces with fleet points of contact to refine requirements. Liaison and lead actions related to F-16 acquisition, transition, site activation, pilot training, non-USAF system development, manpower, Contractor Logistics Support, and other activity related to support the F-16 adversary program. Develop roadmaps for F-16 adversary systems and create long-term roadmaps for future aircraft transfers.

Education:

BA/BS degree.

Experience:

At least ten (10) years of experience performing same or equivalent described in the functional description. With a minimum of 7 years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or Naval Aviation Enterprise. Former Naval Aviator. Specialized experience supporting F-5 or F-16 Aircraft and/or 15 years supporting or utilizing other Navy or Marine Corps aircraft. Experience with Naval Sustainment System, Aviation (NSS-A) processes and briefings.

Security Clearance:

Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
