Job summary

The role supports remote or hybrid work with East Coast hours and US-based placement, Hartford, CT preferred. Responsibilities include managing risk, embedding governance, mentoring staff, and delivering value through cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of recent project management or product delivery experience.
• Proven track record leading large, complex programs with significant resources and risk.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
• Proficiency with project and program methodologies.
• Experience mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for evaluating and operationalizing new products and initiatives.
