Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a highly skilled Project Manager to support its Product Delivery and Evaluation objectives. This role provides end-to-end cross-functional project management for evaluating and operationalizing new products, legislative projects, and enterprise initiatives.

The position may be remote or hybrid with East Coast hours and can sit at any US location (Hartford preferred). You will lead large, complex programs, coordinate across teams, and drive on-time, within-budget

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, product strategy, management, delivery, or related operations.
• Proven experience leading large, complex projects with significant resources and risk.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at a high level.
• Proficiency in project and program methodologies.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for evaluating and operationalizing new products, initiatives, and solutions.
• Lead high-level, large, and complex projects with significant resource requirements and risks.
• Manages development of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and company objectives.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate strategies, goals, and progress to executive leadership through high-level presentations.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to identify needs, solve complex problems, and improve products and services.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, supporting their professional development.
• Foster trust, elevate risks, and communicate dependencies promptly for mitigation.
• Analyze market trends and industry dynamics to inform decision-making.
• Streamline processes and workflows within the product delivery and evaluation lifecycle.
• Guide teams through changes within the department's scope.
• Align projects with organizational goals and contribute to departmental strategies.
• Develop team members and foster a culture of learning and growth.
