Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, product strategy, delivery, or business operations.
• Experience leading large, complex projects with high resources and risk.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at the highest levels.
• Proven ability to work through ambiguity and drive results.
• Proficiency in project and program management methodologies.
• Experience mentoring team members and training peers.
