Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support our Product Delivery and Evaluation objectives. This role provides end-to-end cross-functional project management for evaluating and operationalizing new products, legislative projects, and enterprise initiatives.

This position may be remote or hybrid with East Coast hours and preferred siting in Hartford, CT. You will lead large, complex projects, manage risks, and collaborate across the enterprise to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in project management or related fields.
• Proven experience leading large, complex projects with significant resources and risk.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Effective collaboration and the ability to influence stakeholders at a high level.
• Proficient in project and program methodologies.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for evaluating and operationalizing new products, initiatives, and solutions.
• Lead high-level, large, and complex projects with significant resource requirements and risks.
• Manages development of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and company objectives.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate strategies, goals, and progress to executive leadership through high-level presentations.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to identify needs, solve problems, and improve products and processes.
