CVS Health Corporation is seeking a skilled Project Manager to support our Product Delivery and Evaluation objectives. You will provide end-to-end cross-functional project management for evaluating and operationalizing new products, legislative projects, and enterprise initiatives.

This role may be remote or hybrid, East Coast hours, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions and drive successful implementations across the organization.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in project management, product strategy, management, delivery, or commercial business operations.
• Proven experience leading large, complex projects with significant resource requirements and risk.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at a high level.
• Proficiency in project and program methodologies.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end project management for evaluating and operationalizing new products, initiatives, and solutions.
• Lead large, complex projects with significant resource requirements and risks.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate strategies and progress to executive leadership.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to identify needs and develop solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and foster continuous improvement.
• Guide teams through changes and ensure successful adoption.
• Analyze market trends to inform decision-making.
• Streamline product delivery and evaluation processes.
