Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support Product Delivery and Evaluation objectives. You will provide end-to-end cross-functional project management for evaluating and operationalizing new products, legislative projects, and enterprise initiatives.

The role may be remote or hybrid, with East Coast hours. Location can be any US location, Hartford, CT preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in project management or related fields.
• Experience leading large, complex projects with high resource needs and risk.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at a high level.
• Solid understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.
• Proficiency in project and program methodologies.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for evaluating and operationalizing new products, initiatives, and solutions.
• Lead high-level, large, and complex projects with significant resource requirements and risks.
• Manages development of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and company objectives.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate strategies, goals, and progress to executive leadership through high-level presentations.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to identify needs, solve problems, develop solutions, and improve products and services.
• Act as a resource for colleagues, offering feedback on decisions and continuous improvement strategies.
• Foster trust, elevate risks, and communicate dependencies for mitigation and strategy.
• Understand business landscape and analyze market trends to inform decisions.
• Streamline processes and workflows within the product delivery and evaluation lifecycle.
• Guide teams through changes within department’s scope and evolving strategies.
• Apply strategic thinking to department initiatives and align projects with goals.
• Contribute to development of team members and foster a culture of learning.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and support their development.
• Facilitate collaboration among teams to ensure success in department initiatives.
• Build relationships with internal colleagues and external customers to enhance outcomes.
• Convey information clearly to diverse audiences within the department.
