Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years experience; or 6 with a master's; or 12 with HS diploma in lieu of degree
• 1+ years experience with MS Project and/or Oracle Primavera P6
• Experience applying Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Minimum 6 years leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule
• Experience in program management/execution and closeout
• People leadership including performance management, career development, staffing
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance and SAP access

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EVMS-compliant scheduling across segment operations, including MS Project Server and Primavera P6
• Lead the analyst team supporting Digital Transformation, tool optimization, and training
• Ensure scheduling meets reporting requirements and provide metrics analysis for process improvement
• Provide day-to-day support to segment team, manage multiple priorities, and advise on schedule integration with EVMS
• Support reviews and audits with internal and external stakeholders
• This is an on-site role with minimal travel requirements.
