Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst level 2 or 3 to join our team supporting the Sentinel program. The role focuses on EVMS-compliant scheduling for ICBM related facilities and infrastructure with Aerospace/Defense domain expertise.

The position offers a 9/80 schedule, potential relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a full-time role with US citizenship and DoD clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with required experience per level
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience is desirable
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance (Secret)
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Maintain EVMS-compliant scheduling across MS Project Server and Primavera P6
• Support IPT activities including proposal and scheduling tasks
• Ensure scheduling meets reporting requirements and provide metrics insights
• Provide day-to-day support to IPT team and satisfy programmatic requirements
• Advise program managers on integrating schedules with Earned Value Management
• Perform on-site roles with minimal travel
