Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (level 2 or 3) to join the SDS Division in Roy, UT. You will support the engineering and launch facilities for ICBM hardware and software programs, ensuring EVMS-aligned scheduling across MS Project Server and Primavera environments.

The role requires US citizenship and DoD security clearance, with travel up to 10% for IPT activities and program reviews.

Qualifications

• Requires US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance (Secret).
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience or equivalent; Level 3 requires more experience.
• Experience with MS Excel and cost/schedule integration.
• Experience with MS Project or P6 Primavera.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EVMS compliant scheduling across MS Project Server and Primavera environments from investment through sustainment.
• Support IPT activities including program planning, scheduling, and monthly deliverables (IPMDAR).
• Ensure schedules meet reporting requirements and provide analysis on metrics for process improvement.
• Provide day-to-day support to IPT teams on scheduling and programmatic requirements.
• Advise business managers on integrating schedules with Earned Value Management and support reviews and audits.
• Work on-site with minimal travel.
