Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT is seeking a Staff Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 5) to join our team supporting the SDS Division. The role focuses on integrated master plans, risk analysis, and earned value management to meet program objectives.

Requires a degree with extensive experience or a PhD with related experience; must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain DoD clearance; travel up to 10%. We offer a competitive compensation package and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years or advanced degree with related experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD security clearance.
• Experience with P6 Primavera and related planning tools.
• Travel ability up to 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and coordinates the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensures schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Tracks plans, analyzes risk, and resolves critical path conflicts.
• Uses Gantt, PERT, EVMS and other tools to monitor progress.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 12 years experience

Master’s degree + 10 years experience

PhD + 8 years experience

16 years experience in lieu of degree
