Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst at Roy, UT to support SDS division. The role will involve coordinating with business and program management to create and maintain an integrated baseline, performing schedule risk analyses, and improving cost, schedule, and technical performance through data-driven metrics.

The position requires a DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain) and 10% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree plus related experience or higher.
• Experience with MS Office including Excel VBA.
• Aerospace/Defense industry experience.
• Ability to travel domestically 10%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management to develop an integrated program baseline for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Perform schedule risk analyses and resolve scheduling issues and critical path conflicts.
• Analyze project metrics to improve cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Use Gantt, PERT, earned value, and other PM tools to track progress and variances.
• Incorporate contractual changes and maintain realistic cost/schedule baselines.
• Participate in month-end Earned Value reporting.
