Job summary

ClearPlan is hiring experienced Program Planners to support DoD projects across the U.S. Proficiency in Program Planning and Scheduling using MS Project or Open Plan is required, with DoD contracting experience.

Travel is expected at least 50% of the time; US citizenship is required and active clearance is preferred. You will assess schedules, perform EVMS-related analyses, and deliver IPMR reports for Fortune 500 DoD clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Program Planning and Scheduling with MS Project or Open Plan.
• DoD contracting experience required.
• U.S. citizenship required; active security clearance preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS / IMS).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for Proposals per scheduling policies.
• Develop / baseline Resource Loaded IMS for Post Award projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and other schedule health checks.
• Conduct Critical Path Analysis.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
• Maintain EVMS processes and data tracking.
• Generate IPMR Format 6 reports.
