Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Operations Manager for the Ground Based Radar Digitization program. You will partner with program and factory leadership to shape strategies, develop manufacturing plans, and drive cost, schedule, and technical performance.

The role requires 10+ years in operations or PM, experience with BOM, capital planning, and gate reviews, and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Program / Project Management.
Experience with manufacturing / shop floor execution and resource planning systems.
Financial/budgets and/or risk & opportunity management / experience with EACs.

Responsibilities

Shape, develop and execute product-line strategies to meet cost, quality and schedule goals.
Develop capital strategy and manufacturing plans (make/buy/where).
Establish BOM and executable build plans with program and factory teams.
Own on-time delivery and recovery strategies for production.
Present program status to Monthly Management Reviews and leadership.
