Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project/program management, business analysis, digital marketing, operations, or related disciplines.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate portfolio operations across Homepage, Pharmacy Experience, CRM, personalization, and related initiatives.
- Maintain portfolio trackers, project plans, status updates, and schedules.
- Support governance, risks, issues, decisions, and action tracking across projects.
- Prepare executive materials and leadership updates.
