Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, finance, planning, or related field.
• Minimum ten years of diversified experience in real estate development and large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of construction codes and regulatory environment.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction documents and drawings.
• Familiar with project management software (Primavera, Expedition, Prolog).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage complex projects by coordinating stakeholders within the SDA and external entities from planning to post occupancy.
• Manage project budgets, review invoices, change orders, amendments, and claims.
• Prepare presentations on project costs, schedules, and change orders for management and board.
• Provide leadership to directors and coordinate activities to protect the Authority's financial interests.
• Serve as liaison between SDA and school district facilities personnel to resolve issues quickly.
• Assist in procurement of consultants and contractors and manage performance evaluations.
