Artheon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Municipal Engineering team in New Jersey. You will lead planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration for public infrastructure projects, coordinating with municipal officials, utilities, and regulatory agencies to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, a New Jersey PE license (or reciprocity within six months), and 8–15+ years of municipal project

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing municipal/public-sector infrastructure projects.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple municipal infrastructure projects from proposal through project closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for municipal officials and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare scopes, budgets, schedules, and staffing plans; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee preparation of plans, specs, estimates, and bid documents.
• Lead roadway reconstruction, drainage, utilities, ADA compliance, and streetscapes.
