Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 3–7 years of professional architectural experience, with design development to construction administration.
• Experience reviewing and coordinating architectural drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction methods.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple architectural and engineering disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, and construction phases through project implementation.
• Assist in reviewing drawings, specs, and construction documents for completeness and coordination.
• Work under senior staff to identify and resolve design and constructability issues.
• Coordinate information across structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and site visits.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and field condition tracking.
• Document issues and help track resolutions; support renovation or improvement work.
