Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Workplace Health & Safety to lead the Central Programs Team. You will drive safety initiatives from ideation through deployment across multiple business units and geographies, leveraging data and cross-functional partnerships to sustain a culture of safety.

You will own end-to-end project delivery, manage vendor relationships, and refine CPT's project management standards using tools like FMEA and value stream maps. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, safety, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from ideation through deployment and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans and deployment schedules with clear milestones.
• Manage vendor relationships including 3PL labor coordination, supplier engagement, Avetta compliance, and Coupa PO management.
• Produce data-backed narratives for tollgate reviews, MBR/WBR read-outs, and escalation documents.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and rework.
