Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA, seeks a Sr. Program Manager for WHS Central Programs to lead safety projects from ideation through network deployment using the Project Bolster Framework.

You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple BUs and geographies, drive risk reduction through data, and partner with Operations, AFT, AR, GPO, and WHS field teams to secure resources. Occasional travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning end-to-end program delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, safety, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from ideation through network deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and vendor Scopes of Work with clear milestones and accountability.
• Manage vendor relationships including 3PL labor coordination, material supplier engagement, Avetta compliance, and Coupa PO management.
• Produce clear, data-backed written narratives for tollgate reviews, MBR/WBR read-outs, and escalation documents; anticipate questions and address them preemptively.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cycle time, eliminate rework, and create reusable playbooks for future deployments.
