Job summary

Advanced American Technologies, Inc. seeks a Master Program Manager to oversee the web portfolio, drive reporting cadence, and ensure delivery across the redesigned dc.gov site and related AI initiatives. This onsite role demands strategic leadership across multiple teams and government-facing projects.

You will establish portfolio tracking, coordinate with SMEs, manage vendor scoping, and report readiness to leadership, with a focus on governance, risk, and successful delivery milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven ability translate technical and business requirements into actionable scope with SMEs.
• Experience with external vendor contracts (SOWs, deliverables, acceptance criteria).
• Experience managing a multi-project portfolio with PM tooling and reporting cadence.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master level eligibility with 16+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a portfolio-wide tracking system covering all active web projects.
• Run a recurring status reporting cadence to leadership across the portfolio.
• Partner with SMEs to define project requirements and scope, including external vendor support.
• Advise on vendor/contractor scoping and deliverables aligned to government IT norms.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and action items; escalate as needed to leadership.
• Report on project status, milestones, and readiness across the portfolio; dc.gov relaunch as flagship.
