Job summary

GoIntellects Inc. is seeking a Program Manager (Web Portfolio) to lead the DC government web portfolio.

This onsite role in Washington, DC requires coordinating with OCTO leadership, SMEs, and external vendors to drive milestones, scoping, and procurement aligned with the DC Government relaunch as a flagship initiative. You will implement portfolio-wide tracking, manage risk, and report progress across multiple web projects, ensuring delivery readiness and strong stakeholder communications

Qualifications

Translate technical and business requirements into actionable project scope.
Experience supporting scope of work development for external vendor contracts (SOWs).
Experience managing a multi-project portfolio with PM tooling and reporting cadence.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a portfolio-wide tracking system (RAID log, milestones, dashboards).
Run recurring status reporting cadence to OCTO leadership across the full portfolio.
Partner with OCTO SMEs to define project requirements and scope, including external vendor support.
Advise on vendor/contractor scoping and deliverables, referencing SOW structures and procurement norms.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across projects and escalate as needed.
Report on project status, milestones, and delivery readiness across the portfolio.
