Reporting to the CDI&S Lead, you will help maintain structure, track risks, and enable cross-functional delivery across lifecycle, loyalty, digital product, and external partners. Hybrid work model offered.

The Customer Data Portfolio Project Manager supports the portfolio operating rhythm, intake coordination, roadmap visibility, dependency tracking, and delivery coordination across Taco Bell’s Customer Data, CRM, Analytics, and related Digital workstreams. This role helps ensure work is clearly documented, organized, sequenced, and communicated so priorities, blockers, decisions, and leadership needs are visible across the portfolio.
Reporting to the Customer Data Strategy & Journey Lead, this role will help bring structure, consistency, and transparency to a fast-moving portfolio of initiatives spanning customer data foundations, CRM activation, customer lifecycle capabilities, analytics enablement, and broader Digital priorities. The role will support CDI&S representation within D&T intake processes, track follow-through on DCT and senior leadership escalations, maintain CRM and MarTech roadmap visibility, and coordinate cross-functional work tied to Lifecycle, Loyalty, Digital Product, Data, Technology, and external partners.
The primary focus of this role is portfolio operations and delivery coordination rather than hands-on technical implementation, platform ownership, or portfolio strategy ownership. This individual will serve as a key operational point of contact for CDI&S, helping prepare status updates, highlight risks and blockers, track dependencies, and ensure leadership has the visibility needed to guide decisions and remove obstacles.
Facilitate the Customer Data Intelligence & Solutions Portfolio Operating Rhythm: Help run recurring portfolio cadences across Customer Data, CRM, Analytics, and related Digital workstreams, including status updates, roadmap reviews, intake discussions, dependency tracking, leadership visibility, and follow-up on key decisions.
Coordinate Portfolio Intake, Roadmap Visibility & Prioritization Readiness: Organize the flow of new requests across the portfolio, ensuring work is clearly documented, tied to business objectives, assessed for impact and effort, and prepared for prioritization, sequencing, and capacity discussions.
Represent CDI&S in D&T Intake Processes: Help ensure Customer Data Intelligence & Solutions priorities, dependencies, risks, and business context are clearly captured and represented within D&T intake forums and related planning processes.
Enable Customer Data Portfolio Execution: Partner with the Customer Data Strategy & Journey Lead and cross-functional teams to coordinate planning and delivery across customer identity, customer profiles, attributes and signals, audience readiness, segmentation, data quality, data latency, personalization enablement, and downstream activation need.
Maintain CRM, MarTech & Analytics Roadmap Visibility: Keep CRM, MarTech, and Analytics-related priorities visible within the broader CDI&S roadmap, ensuring dependencies, timelines, readiness needs, and impacted teams are clearly tracked and communicated.
Maintain Jira & Confluence Portfolio Structure: Keep portfolio documentation, intake workflows, backlog views, project pages, roadmap tracking, status reporting, decision logs, dependency tracking, and leadership-facing materials organized and current.
Track Capacity, Dependencies & Delivery Commitments: Monitor portfolio demand, team capacity, workload, velocity, delivery commitments, and cross-functional dependencies. Surface constraints early to help leadership evaluate tradeoffs, sequencing, and escalation needs.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Delivery & Escalation Follow-Through: Work across Lifecycle, Loyalty, Digital Product, Data, Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, CRM, MarTech, Technology, and external partners to align on scope, milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps. Track blockers, risks, and open decisions requiring DCT or senior leadership visibility through resolution.
Prepare Clear Portfolio Communications: Develop concise, actionable updates for leadership and stakeholders, including weekly status reports, roadmap summaries, intake dashboards, capacity views, risk logs, decision trackers, escalation summaries, and executive-ready presentations.
Salary Range: $98,400 to $115,800 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
