Job summary

Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, seeks a Program Manager II to lead national commercialization efforts for Taco Bell’s supply chain in Irvine, CA. The role combines project management, demand planning, and risk management to support 8,200+ restaurants and $18B in annual sales.

The position oversees launches, inventory authorizations, and supplier coordination, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Excellent benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, project/program management, commercialization, or demand planning.
• Experience leading national product launches or commercialization programs in foodservice/CPG environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations.
• Certified supply chain credentials (ISM CPSM, APICS CPIM) and/or Six Sigma green belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility national commercialization initiatives for Taco Bell as the supply chain owner from test kitchen concept through restaurant execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance to quantify and document supply chain demands.
• Drive executive alignment on tradeoffs, risk, contingency plans, and launch readiness decisions.
• Develop supply strategies with internal and external partners to maximize flexibility with minimal financial risk.
• Manage overlapping launch timelines with dependencies across suppliers, distributors, and restaurants.
• Provide executive-ready communications and recommendations to leadership.
• Capture lessons learned for future strategic planning and continuous improvement.
• Create and manage inventory procurement authorizations balancing supply and demand.
