Job summary

Taco Bell in Irvine seeks a Customer Data Portfolio Project Manager to coordinate CRM, analytics, and digital workstreams. You will manage intake, roadmap visibility, dependencies, and delivery coordination in a fast-moving portfolio.

Reporting to the CDI&S Lead, you will help maintain structure, track risks, and enable cross-functional delivery across lifecycle, loyalty, digital product, and external partners. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project or program management within CRM, marketing tech, or digital/MarTech.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence; strong understanding of agile methodologies; PMP is preferred.
• Ability to develop processes/tools that improve team efficiency and prioritization.
• Experience leading direct and virtual teams; vendor management is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft clear reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Customer Data Intelligence & Solutions Portfolio operating rhythm across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate intake, roadmap visibility, prioritization readiness, and capacity discussions.
• Represent CDI&S in D&T intake processes and track dependencies & risks.
• Coordinate planning and delivery across identity, profiles, signals, and activation needs.
• Maintain CRM, MarTech & Analytics roadmap visibility and portfolio structure in Jira/Confluence.
• Prepare leadership updates, dashboards, risk logs and executive-ready materials.
