Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience leading profit and loss related activities as a program manager.
• Experience leading programs with government customers and EO/IR systems, ISR platforms, or sensors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the USAF C-130 Program execution across contracts, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as primary C-130 USAF Customer Point of Contact.
• Direct cross-functional team to meet targets and metrics.
• Manage and grow customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Present program data to leadership and stakeholders.
