Job summary

RTX’s Multi-Function RF Systems (MFRFS) group seeks a Program Operations Manager in McKinney, TX to lead early development program operations, coordinating with PM, engineering and manufacturing to meet cost, schedule and quality goals.

Candidates should have a university degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information. Travel up to 5% and onsite work may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program and/or project management.
• Experience with an MRP system and production planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program teams including factory operations to ensure cost, schedule and performance.
• Support proposal activities for production, sustainment and development.
• Coordinate material procurement and supplier management including make/buy decisions, staffing, and EAC development.
