Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience leading profit and loss as a program manager.
• Experience running development, production, or sustainment programs with government customers.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and technical performance using PM tools such as EVMS/IMP-IMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead USAF C-130 Program execution across multiple contract types.
• Serve as primary C-130 USAF Customer Point of Contact.
• Own portfolio profit, loss, AOP and financial metrics.
