Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks a Program Manager to own a portfolio of analytics and emerging-technology work, including data science, AI/ML, software development, modeling and simulation, and related mission solutions.

This onsite role in the National Capital Region requires a TS/SCI with Poly. You will lead teams, secure opportunities, shape pilots, and drive growth by delivering solutions that strengthen national missions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience supporting the Intel customer.
• Experience leading the Intel customer.
• Lead full capture lifecycle from opportunity to award.
• Understand USG mission, org, and acquisition environment.
• Lead technical teams or portfolios in analytics, AI/ML, software, or related tech.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Balance priorities with changing client needs and develop strategy.
• Build relationships to grow the business; TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Responsibilities

• Own growth and performance across a portfolio of technical intelligence work.
• Manage a team of Program Managers and resolve delivery issues.
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Shape emerging-technology pursuits involving data science, machine learning, and AI.
• Develop pilots using LMI technology and convert pilots into larger programs.
• Lead opportunity shaping, solution development, pricing, proposals, and transition to delivery.
• Develop and execute portfolio growth plans aligned with client priorities.
