Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with federal acquisition and contracting environments.
• Ability to manage budgets, scope and schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software applications and related tools.
• Experience traveling to support meetings (approx. twice per year).
• Desired certifications: PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractual deliverables, business milestones, and administrative requirements to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor program financial performance, staffing actions, procurement activities, and administrative operations.
• Develop and implement business processes, operating procedures, and internal controls that improve efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Integrate finance, contracts, procurement, security, property management, project management, program management, engineering, and administrative functions to support program objectives.
• Identify business risks, resource constraints, and operational challenges while recommending corrective actions and improvements.
• Foster strong relationships with Government customers and mission partners to enhance program performance.
• Work collaboratively with leadership, program management, and engineering operations teams.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports focused on cost, schedule and performance metrics.
