LMI is seeking a Program Manager to own a portfolio of analytics and emerging-technology work for federal customers in the Washington, DC area. The role is onsite in the National Capital Region and requires TS/SCI with Poly.

You will lead a team of program managers, shape opportunities, and drive growth across data science, AI/ML, software, and simulation capabilities. Responsibilities include pilots, solution development, pricing, proposals, and transition to delivery, with a focus on expanding

Competenze

• Five+ years leading analytics/mission-focused programs for US government.
• Experience managing programs with $3M+ annual revenue.
• Experience across full capture lifecycle from opportunity identification to award.
• Understanding of US government mission, organization, and acquisition environment.
• Leadership in analytics, AI/ML, software, modeling and simulation teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to interface across technical disciplines and senior leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills and project management practices.
• Ability to balance priorities and adapt to changing client needs.
• Business acumen to develop and implement strategy.
• Strong network to connect people to solve problems and grow business.
• TS/SCI with Poly; US Citizenship; security-clearance eligibility
