Job summary

cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This on-site role is located in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area and requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.

The incumbent will lead a federal IT program, coordinating with Government stakeholders and managing all aspects of contract performance. Responsibilities include ensuring technical execution, schedule adherence, budget management, quality assurance, and risk management, while

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor of Science in CS, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex IT programs for the Federal Government.
• Active Agile certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for contract matters and overall program execution, performance, and delivery.
• Manage all contract performance aspects including technical execution, schedule adherence, budget management, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, lead contractor team, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Provide strategic direction and make critical decisions affecting program success.
