Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a team of technical and business experts supporting a SI/SETA mission. You will oversee lifecycle engineering and integration tasks on a single award IDIQ vehicle, coordinating work with the Contracting Officer, customer officials, and subcontractors.

Required are TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and 12 years of experience including 5+ years in PM, plus a technical degree.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required.
• 12 years of cumulative experience, including at least 5 years in project management responsibilities.
• 5+ years of direct experience supporting the client.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; 4 years of related experience may substitute for degree.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large, dispersed team and meet timelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for all management levels and the customer.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of information management systems.
• PMP certification or other management certificates (desired).
• Master’s degree in a technical field (desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of a full lifecycle Engineering and Integration Task Order on a single award vehicle.
• Coordinate management of all work under the Task Order.
• Serve as central point of contact with the Contracting Officer and customer representatives.
• Maintain accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance of projects.
• Identify and coordinate personnel to fill vacancies and manage subcontractors.
• Adapt to changes in mission and negotiate contract changes as needed.
• Work independently or with senior management on all performance phases.
• Ensure deliverables are timely, correct, and of high quality.
• Demonstrate strong communication with management and the customer.
• Foster relationships with GTMs serviced by the contract.
