Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC (PGI) is hiring a Program Manager at our Herndon, VA location. The role reports to the COO and will oversee contract activities, workforce planning, and cost management in high-threat environments.

The position requires a TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance, a minimum of ten years in program management, and a Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification. Travel and operations management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years of program management experience overseeing 60+ personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification required; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program and workforce; plan, organize, direct & control all contract activities.
• Manage costs, minimize escalation and capitalize on efficiencies.
• Ensure efficient, timely and quality delivery of PMP and contract deliverables; ensure accurate invoices.
• Meet with personnel at pre-deployment briefs and after deployments for feedback.
