Job summary

North Point Technology in Fort Belvoir, VA seeks a Senior Program Manager with active TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph to lead contract execution and financial oversight across all task areas.

Responsibilities include delivering FRM dashboards, CDRL reporting, ODC tracking, risk management, and real-time financial information to KO/COR, while coordinating with Government stakeholders and providing leadership for a capable program team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration.
• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 12 years of direct industry experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 14 years in same disciplines.
• TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program management across all subtask areas, including program oversight and engagement, financial reporting, administrative and operational support, production metrics, CDRL reporting compliance, and Other Direct Costs tracking.
• Actively participate in meetings, briefings, conferences, seminars, progress reviews, and other relevant events as directed by the Government.
• Provide real-time contract and financial information to the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Deliver monthly financial status reports and FRM dashboard as required by contract.
