North Point Technology is seeking a senior/mid Helpdesk / Access Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly and focuses on enterprise access validation for IC databases, COIs, and entitlement systems on joint networks.

Responsibilities include Tier 2 support, PKI Trusted Agent duties, and managing COI access; the candidate will work within DoD/DISA protocols and produce security-compliant access entries and SOPs.

Formación

• 4 years demonstrated advanced experience with the M3 and access validation.
• Experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
• Experience with PKI Trusted Agent activities and security clearance checks.
• Ability to support complex classification decisions including coalition/foreign partner work.
• Current DoD TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI polygraph.

Responsabilidades

• Execute 12 hours of service during regular hours; ensure queues near zero by COB Friday.
• Manage and validate access to IC PKI-enabled databases and COI access.
• Provide Tier 2 database support, including login errors and profile management.
• Maintain and update DoDIIS PKI Trusted Agent entries and directories.
• Create and maintain Access Management SOPs, reviewing every 6 months.
