Job summary

Citi Germany seeks a Program Management Senior Analyst to oversee third‑party risk governance and risk management within the TPM framework. You will ensure regulatory compliance, support governance forums, and collaborate with European country teams to strengthen TPM controls.

You will monitor KRIs, analyze risks, and drive improvements in TPM processes while partnering with senior leaders to implement effective mitigation and regulatory responses in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing or participating in projects in finance or professional management roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Solid understanding of governance frameworks and support for audits/regulatory reviews.
• Proactive, self-driven, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Governance oversight: ensure compliance with local/global third-party risk regulations, policies, and standards.
• Risk management: monitor KRIs, analyze root causes, and implement mitigation plans.
• Advisory & support: guide country teams on TPM policies and regulatory changes.
• Audit & regulatory support: assist in audits and regulatory examinations, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Transformation initiatives: participate in TPM program transformation efforts.
