Northern Trust is seeking an experienced Third Party Risk Management professional in Chicago to lead and evolve the TPMO program. You will partner with multiple business units, 2LOD, and offshore QA to ensure effective risk controls and program execution across the lifecycle.

Key requirements include a bachelor’s degree with ~10 years in vendor risk, strong regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience with Coupa, ServiceNow, Cybeta, and Interos.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience in risk management.
• Clear understanding of the Three Lines of Defense model and third-party risk.
• Experience designing program solutions, risk scoring, and committee reporting.

Mansioni

• Track program throughput across third party lifecycle elements and risk reviews.
• Align processes to enterprise-wide TPMO standards and reporting thresholds.
• Use ServiceNow and Coupa data to monitor risk posture and performance.
