Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in financial services and consulting with senior leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of third‑party risk practices, due diligence, and control assessments.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable program plans and governance.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across risk, resilience, operations, or technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, multi‑year programs across TPRM and resilience.
• Embed risk management and regulatory frameworks into enterprise operations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to close regulatory gaps and ensure audit readiness.
• Establish program governance, RAID processes, and executive reporting.
• Drive organizational change with enabling tech to improve transparency and efficiency.
