Stanley 1913 is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain Operations to lead programmatic aspects of our supply chain initiatives at the Seattle headquarters. You will drive cross-functional governance and data-driven improvements across Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Transportation, and Fulfillment.

This onsite role requires coordinating with multiple departments, delivering projects on time and within scope, and traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Business, Management, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
  • 7+ years in supply chain program management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, planning, fulfillment, manufacturing, and technical systems integration.
  • Experience leading technical projects or working closely with technical teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to anticipate headwinds and tailwinds in the industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of program initiatives, encompassing both technical and business aspects, to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure scope of work and requirements are identified, developed, and aligned across Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Transportation, and Fulfillment.
  • Positively impact revenue through value analysis, cost optimization, and throughput efficiency improvements.
  • Drive commercialization work and end-to-end visibility of product readiness from development through delivery to distribution centers.
  • Collaborate with Retail, eCommerce, Technology, and Consumer Product Development teams to address operational challenges.
  • Lead projects requiring integration of technical systems and business processes.
  • Identify and track KPIs to measure operations effectiveness and enable decision-making.
  • Develop and communicate program roadmaps, status, risks, and mitigation plans at team and executive levels.
  • Travel up to 20% depending on business needs.

Position Overview

Stanley is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain Operations to lead business and technical programmatic aspects of our supply chain initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects to completion, optimizing operations, and ensuring alignment and execution of business goals. You will drive clarity in ambiguous environments, document program requirements, and maintain rigor with program governance. This role will be a key contributor within the Supply Chain Operations team and in the greater Stanley organization. The Senior Program Manager will engage cross-functionally, build organizational capability, drive business and technical solutions, and improve communications and data flow.

This position is onsite 3 days per week at our Seattle Headquarters Office.

What You'll Do

  • Work with team members across multiple departments such as Retail, eCommerce, Technology, and Consumer Product Development to drive initiatives and address operational challenges.
  • Lead projects that require a deep understanding of both technical systems and business processes, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
  • Identify, develop, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, increase visibility across teams, and enable decision-making.

  • Travel up to 20% depending on business needs.
Education and Experience
  • BS/BA in Business, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range: $160,000 USD - $170,000 USD
