Job summary

Stanley 1913 in Seattle is seeking a Senior Supply Planner for North America to develop and lead supply plans balancing demand, inventory, service levels, and constraints. You will partner with Finance, Technology, Product, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Fulfillment Operations, and Commercial teams to drive integrated planning.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-regional collaboration, and process standardization, with onsite work three days per week in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business, or related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive planning experience in consumer products or related industry.
• Strong understanding of planning concepts, inventory management, supply planning principles and best practices.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Oracle, SQL, Kinaxis or similar planning applications.
• Ability to support capacity planning by analyzing demand, supply availability, and operational constraints.
• Experience supporting cross-regional planning, global supply planning processes, or multi-market operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop North America supply and buy plans at the SKU/part level using forecasts, on-hand inventory, safety stock, lead times, and market factors.
• Translate demand plans into actionable supply recommendations balancing service levels and inventory targets.
• Identify and communicate supply challenges with factory liaisons and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain item-level safety stock strategies, adjusting for seasonality and lifecycle changes.
• Participate in monthly IBP and S&OP processes with insights and action recommendations.
• Support and lead new product introductions, transitions, and lifecycle planning.
• Provide data-driven analysis to support SKU rationalization.
• Monitor KPIs like days of supply and service levels.
