Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field.
5–7 years of automotive program management experience in stamping, casting, injection molding or interiors.
Proven experience in verbal and written communication, collaboration, technical writing and presentation.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Project; working knowledge of Smartsheet, SAP, Jira, Tableau, and costing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to meet program objectives and mitigate risks.
Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and KPI dashboards for executive decision‑making.
Conduct data compliance audits with SIE and stakeholders for data accuracy.
Provide hands‑on training and support on dashboards and data interpretation.
Translate business objectives into executable program plans.
Track milestones and ensure on‑time, high‑quality launches.
Engage suppliers to review timelines, identify gaps, and challenge plans.
Escalate issues when needed and drive timely resolutions.
Identify data‑driven improvements for measurable business impact.
Oversee end‑to‑end planning and delivery of SIE programs.
Stay current on industry trends and regulatory considerations.
Travel domestically and internationally for manufacturing and readiness.
