Job summary

Lucid Motors in Michigan seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams, drive supplier industrialization programs, and deliver on-time, high-quality vehicle programs. You will shape data-driven disciplines with KPI dashboards and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams.

The role requires 5–7 years in automotive program management, strong communication, and proficiency with data tools. Travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field required.
• 5–7 years automotive program management experience in stamping, casting, injection molding, chassis components or interiors.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to meet program objectives and manage risks.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and KPI dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Conduct data compliance audits and coordinate with SIE and stakeholders.
• Provide training and coaching on KPI dashboards and data interpretation.
• Translate business objectives into executable program plans.
• Track milestones and ensure on-time, high-quality launches.
• Engage suppliers to review timelines and drive process improvements.
