Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Supplier Industrialization Analyst to bolster oversight of supplier readiness, launch readiness activities, and operational processes across supplier quality initiatives. You will partner with engineers, program managers, and leadership to maintain critical trackers, support QMS activities, and drive timely follow-up actions to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, supplier quality support, program support, data management, or related automotive manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex datasets and trackers with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain supplier industrialization operational trackers for leadership decisions.
• Improve data integrity by identifying missing information, duplicate records, ownership gaps, and access issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across activities, suppliers, programs, commodities, and stakeholders.
• Support Auros QMS workflows by guiding users and tracking issues.
• Capture and maintain records of system questions, resolutions, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare updates, decisions, and ensure actions tracked to completion.
• Provide leadership with visibility into blockers, supplier concerns, risks affecting launch readiness or operational performance.
