Job summary

Dallas County Votes is seeking a Program Manager IV to oversee the operational planning, execution, and evaluation of a broad program with subprograms. You will guide fiscal, administrative, and HR activities and serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Four years of professional work-related experience including three years supervisory experience.
• Proficient in standard software applications and effective written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate program activities.
• Manage contracts, grants, and funding; monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Provide technical and/or professional leadership in daily program activities.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting of program performance.
• Develop or implement policies and procedures for efficient operation.
• Design staffing structures; recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
