Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, finance, accounting, higher education administration, grants management, social sciences or a related field.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience in grant administration, grant management, sponsored programs, or a closely related field.
• Experience coordinating grant activities across program operations, finance, data/reporting and sponsored programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post‑award grant administration across programmatic, fiscal, data/reporting, and institutional functions.
• Review grant terms, budgets, and sponsor requirements to establish timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor expenditures, reporting, and documentation; identify risks and escalate.
• Develop grant administration processes and training resources for consistency and compliance.
