Job summary

Dallas County is seeking an experienced professional to monitor, coordinate and provide oversight to the division's programs across Dallas County and satellite offices. You will help ensure program integrity, fiscal accountability, and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities include evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, monitoring service providers, conducting programmatic and financial audits, and training staff to ensure proper use of contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three years of professional work related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of GAGAS, Common Rule Grants and Governmental Single Audit Standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate records and performance of service providers to ensure contractual and legal compliance.
• Primary liaison to answer questions, provide technical assistance, resolve problems and develop corrective action plans.
• Develop criteria and performance measures to evaluate service effectiveness; collect data and prepare reports.
• Prepare claims and reimbursement requests; resolve reimbursement problems; review cash receipts and prepare payments.
• Prepare requests for proposals, determine anticipated needs, evaluate proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
