Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Strategic Programs in Beverly Hills to design, implement, and manage large-scale IT initiatives that improve how teams operate, adopt tools, and build capabilities.

You will lead cross-functional programs, build roadmaps, and drive governance across global teams with a focus on adoption and maturity in technology enablement.

  • As the Senior Program Manager for Strategic Programs, you will design, implement, and manage large-scale initiatives that improve how IT teams operate, adopt tools, and build capabilities
  • This role owns programs such as learning initiatives, technology enablement efforts and enterprise tool rollouts. You will assess current tools and technologies, partner with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams to understand skill gaps and adoption challenges, and use that data to build targeted learning paths and enablement strategies
  • You will also support enhancements to centralized repositories of applications and systems, ensuring strong governance, data integrity, and consistent process execution across global teams
  • Lead cross-functional programs from intake through execution, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, risks, and milestones
  • Build and maintain program roadmaps, detailed project plans, communication strategies, and executive-ready status reporting
  • Anticipate risks and dependencies early and drive resolution with clear visibility to stakeholders
  • Leverage project management tools such as Asana to manage execution and transparency
  • Facilitate program-level meetings, workshops, and working sessions to maintain alignment and momentum

  • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, global stakeholders, and subject matter experts
