Job description

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Program Manager to lead and drive large-scale, high-impact IT transformation and AI initiatives across the organization.

This is a senior-level, highly visible role that sits at the intersection of technology strategy, business outcomes, and enterprise execution. You will be responsible for shaping, governing, and successfully delivering some of the company's most strategic and complex programs in the AI, data, cloud, automation, and modern IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end delivery of major enterprise-wide programs and portfolios in the AI, GenAI, data, cloud, automation, and core IT modernization domains
• Create and maintain program governance, roadmaps, financials, resource plans, risk & issue management, and executive-level reporting
• Partner very closely with C-level executives, business unit leaders, architecture, cybersecurity, data science/AI teams, product owners, and external vendors
• Translate strategic business objectives into structured, measurable technology programs with clear success criteria
• Build and manage cross-functional program teams that frequently span 50–200+ people (internal + vendor + partner ecosystem)
• Drive prioritization, dependency management, and trade-off decisions at the portfolio level
• Establish and maintain strong financial discipline — manage multi-million dollar budgets, track value realization, and present clear ROI/business case updates
• Implement and evolve modern program delivery frameworks (hybrid/waterfall + agile/scaled agile) appropriate for complex enterprise AI & IT initiatives
• Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve major program risks, dependencies, blockers, and cross-program conflicts
• Be the primary trusted advisor and single voice of the program to senior leadership and the board when needed
• Drive organizational change management, adoption, and sustained value realization post go-live

Must-Have Experience & Skills

• 8–12+ years of program / portfolio management experience in large enterprise environments ($1B+ revenue companies preferred)
• Proven track record successfully delivering large-scale, complex, multi-year enterprise programs (minimum $5–15M+ programs)
• Strong experience delivering at least several of the following types of initiatives:
• Cloud migration / cloud-native transformation (multi-cloud is a plus)
• Core ERP / CRM / Finance / HR system transformations
• Major cybersecurity / zero-trust / identity programs
• Excellent executive presence — very strong written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Deep comfort presenting to, influencing, and sometimes challenging C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen — experience building/managing/managing-to multi-million dollar budgets
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous, high-stakes, fast-moving environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority across large matrixed organizations
