Program Manager – Strategic Programs (Technology Enablement & Process Implementation)

Location: REMOTE | Employment Type: CONTRACT

Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

About the Role

We’re looking for a high‑judgment program leader who thrives in dynamic, complex environments. In this role, you’ll design and deliver strategic programs that enable IT teams to adopt technology, improve processes, and build capabilities at scale. You’ll partner with technical teams, executives, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes that enhance organizational maturity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead large‑scale technology enablement and process improvement initiatives.
• Build program roadmaps, manage execution, and deliver clear, executive‑ready reporting.
• Conduct technology assessments to identify skill gaps and adoption needs.
• Design learning paths and upskilling programs using platforms like LinkedIn Learning or Pluralsight.
• Drive enterprise tool rollouts and ensure strong governance and adoption.
• Implement scalable processes and support change management across global teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of program/project management experience in technical environments.
• Strong background in technology assessments, process implementation, and learning program design.
• Experience with learning platforms or designing learning programs.
• ITSM or ITIM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with tools like Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across technical and non‑technical teams.

Preferred

Experience in IT, engineering, enterprise software, or technical enablement; familiarity with learning platforms and IT capability frameworks.
